A planeswalking devil-turned-arcadian of moderate renown, noted among her own faction for her explosive rise in rank, flawless record in cases resolved, and war efforts won. In a strange twist of fate, she was once an Indep until inspired by Harmonium performance and ethics in the War of the Red Dawn. To this day, some among the Harmonium are leery of her for this massive shift in belief.
Factor Reina was an accomplished planeswalker before becoming a proper factioneer, and had also shown her martial talents in winning the duel brackets of a planeswalker tournament some turns ago, speaking much of her skill in battle- one can view a statue commemorating her victory in the Gymnasium courtyard. She personally trains and outfits each and every member of the Peacemakers with devoted fervor- though dark has it that her image of perfection may not be as clean as is put off...
Some say Factor Reina's reason for creating the Peacemakers was because she hated the long hours sitting at a desk filing paperwork, and desperately longed for the battlefield despite her rank. Others say that it was borne more so out of a desire to protect her comrades from especially lethal threats- threats that she herself was well-accustomed to with her years spent as a planeswalker. Ask any hardhead who met her, and they're like to say it's both.
On a more personal level, chant about her is wildly conflicting- if you can get past her strong, stoic countenance, then some recall a friendly, kind, compassionate person who helps others selflessly. Others recall a short fuse of vengeful spite and indifference to the plights of others. For every friend of hers, there seems to be someone opposed to her as well- such polarizing hearsay does little to cement her character in one's mind without meeting her.
