Layla the Herbalist, located in the Great Bazaar, offers a quest to visit Mniitvak in Undersigil's halls and retrieve a box of exotic herbs for her; bring 100 gp along to pay for the box and on return she will offer options of weaponry or jink; both come with a nice gift of XP. Be sure to grab Thought Taker's quest just below as well when delving into Undersigil. Be forewarned; Undersigil isn't very kind. Travel with care or a thug henchman.
