Walkthrough[]
Talk to Mithrii Havalid in the Great Bazaar. If you are 25th level or higher, she will ask you to retrieve the eyes of her dead husband, Gadov, who is a petitioner in Porphatys.
Agree to her request, and go to Porphatys (the portal is in the Lady's Ward, across from the Prison; the key is a pair of shackles, purchasable from Layla in the Great Bazaar). Gadov will be right inside the portal. He will not cooperate, but you can take his eyes anyway.
Find the return portal to Sigil (you'll need to go inside the mountain). Take the eyes back to Mithrii, and she will reward you with a random item.
