About: Katherine's arrival in Sigil happened perhaps less than half a decade ago. At first, arrived as a clueless farmer from an unknown prime named "Ashar", where she had left her family after seemingly walking through a portal in her dreams. The first year saw her go through a number of ordeals that put her body, mind and spirit through harsh trials, ranging from fears, insecurities, a longing for home and her family, among others. However it also saw her grow into a highly-talented swordswoman, rising to be one of the finest the Cage has to offer in this day, as well as a trainee who rapidly ascended through the ranks of the Mercykillers. She tends to easily stand out between her factioneers by her particular choice of frilly, pristine white dress, as well as her blonde, tall figure, although she does occasionally swap for a black-colored version when taking up on more official duties.
Among the Mercykillers she's regarded as someone who seems to show the merciful disposition of Swan's Son while carrying the unyielding resolve of Nilesia, finding a balance between both and letting it lead her philosophy in the Mercykillers. It is that very view that led her to create the Reformers, with the goal of helping the prisoners who indeed deserve to be helped, but similarly cracking down on those who try to abuse the system to their own benefit. Her first years in the faction saw a few clashes happen against colleagues who believed her methods too soft, her ways too "merciful", yet it did not seem to stop her from progressing through the ranks. A greater surprise was to even find that such a woman found herself learning under Nilesia for her period as a Factoral, despite their personal views standing as polar opposites. Yet it was through the Factol's blessing that she was eventually promoted to the current rank of Factor, thus creating the Reformers branch.
Rumor is that she's the one who gifted Factol Nilesia with the Aoskian puppy that seems to live in the Factol's office.
