Ingwe Alting is a blood of renown from the plane of Ysgard, and previously the Sectol of the Ring-Givers.
While those in the know argue that the Ring-Giver philosophy is based around old truths of the Multiverse, it was Ingwe who organized them into a proper sect. His house in Ysgard is known as one of plenty, where gifts and favors are exchanged. Because of this, he gained the respect of his fellows, and many sought to emulate his success.
Unfortunately, that respsect was not enough to make him Factol of the Ring-Givers when they ascended to power in the City of Doors. That honor was stolen from him by Jeremo the Natterer, the Lady's Jester, who had long been solidifying his position in the City of Doors.
At present, Ingwe holds the title of Factor in the Ring-Givers, and runs the City Hospitality branch.
